Refund or Exchange

Eponic does not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased. To help you make an informed decision, we provide detailed product descriptions and images, including size and color specifications. Please review these carefully before placing an order.

Each product undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or a missing item from your order, you may register a complaint by emailing us at eponic.supply@gmail.com. Refunds will be initiated only after a complete investigation of the issue.

Returns Policy

We take great care in packaging and inspecting our shipments to minimize the chances of damage. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Replacements will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.

  • We do not replace items damaged due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage caused by product malfunction, or negligence on the part of the customer.

  • If you are eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and ship it back to us.

  • To process an exchange, we require proof of the defect in the form of an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging.

  • If the returned product is out of stock, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the product’s value. The credit note will be emailed to you and can be used for future purchases on our website within three months.

Non-Returnable Items

The exchange policy does not apply to:

  • Consumable items that have been used or installed.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

  • Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or any other components originally included with the product.
